Ulrich Hoffmann is an energetic, motivated and passionate winemaker with exceptional vinification and vineyard technology skills from his 12 years of international experience plus both trade and academic degrees in enology and viticulture.
Working in Germany has given Ulrich a detailed understanding of the full range of German grape varieties which are often used in the UK and their production for the vinification of white, rosé, red and sparkling wine.
Ulrich used this experience to perform two vintages as winemaker at Bookers Vineyard in Sussex and creating an award winning Pinot Noir for the Gusbourne Estate in Kent.
He is a member of all regional and United Kingdom Vineyard Association.
